Terms & Conditions for Anti-Tarnish Jewellery
1. Product Nature
Our jewellery features an anti-tarnish protective coating designed to maintain shine and minimise tarnishing. Please note that these pieces are fashion jewellery and not pure gold, silver, or fully waterproof jewellery unless specifically stated.
2. Anti-Tarnish Performance
The anti-tarnish coating slows down oxidation and fading, but the lifespan of the coating varies based on personal usage, skin pH levels, storage, and care habits. Natural wear over time is not considered a defect.
3. Usage & Care Guidelines
To extend the life of your jewellery, customers are strongly advised to:

Avoid exposure to perfumes, deodorants, lotions, chemicals, hair sprays, and sweat.

Remove jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.

Store in a dry, airtight pouch or box when not in use.

Clean gently with a soft dry cloth only.
4. Allergy Disclaimer
Our jewellery is made with skin-friendly materials; however, reactions may vary based on individual skin types. We do not guarantee 100% hypoallergenic results unless mentioned on the product.
5. Warranty & Validity
Anti-tarnish jewellery does not come with a lifetime guarantee. The coating’s durability may vary from piece to piece based on wear and care. Warranty is only applicable if explicitly mentioned on the product page at the time of purchase.
6. Refunds, Returns & Exchange

Returns, replacements, or refunds are only applicable for manufacturing defects reported within 24–48 hours of delivery along with mandatory unboxing video proof.

Issues caused by improper handling, exposure to chemicals/water, or failure to follow care instructions are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Minor differences in shine, colour, or finish due to lighting or display settings are not considered flaws.
7. Colour & Design Variation
Slight variations in colour, finish, or design may occur due to screen resolution, lighting, and supplier batch differences. These variations will not be classified as defects.
8. Water Exposure
Unless specifically labelled as “Waterproof,” our anti-tarnish jewellery is water-resistant, not waterproof. Prolonged exposure to water can reduce coating life and is not covered under defect claims.
